I’m glad I finally watched this. I’m ashamed that I read the spoiler ridden Letterboxd reviews immediately after like I have the rest of Lynch’s work. Maybe next time I’ll think for myself. But it’s better than I could have thought. I was in a daze the first half before my roommate went to use the bathroom and knocked me out of my trance (which is a perfectly fine thing to do). I had the most visceral bodily response I’ve had to a movie in a long time when mystery man first came. Anyways I’m sure I’ll watch it again soon. RIP goat
