I feel like this film starts as one thing and morphs into another, I preferred the second half. I like it the more I think about it ! Mikey madison was v good, especially in some really long, full-on scenes which were such interesting opposites to the jump-cutty music video style montage of the first half.

This was ”fine” - if I was feeling harsher this could be a three star rating. Nice colour palette, great costume and makeup and set design and Evè, Marina and I all agreed it was a very good - non Elvis - soundtrack. The performances were not bad at all and excited for Cailee Spaeny’s future work. Elordi was great as per.
