  i could write pages and pages on how largely meaningful and deeply personal this movie is for me, and one day, i will. but for now, i just want to say that:

  i very rarely get to see myself in film. so it genuinely feels like an act of self-love every time i return to this one. the kind of story that makes me want to tell my own. i could say thank you a million times over and it still wouldn't be enough to express how grateful i am that this story was told.

  i couldn’t decide if i wanted to write this review as a joke or not. and i feel like that perfectly sums up my feelings about this movie. i GENUINELY couldn’t figure out if ANYTHING was meant to be serious because EVERYTHING was SO DEEPLY UNSERIOUS. which is WILD considering that hollywood seems to be taking this movie VERY seriously. AND I SIMPLY COULD NOT TELL YOU WHY.
