  Hot samurai guy plays both sides in a gambling town. Is he the gambler or the gambled? Tough exterior, gooey interior. Barenaked Ladies were right on this one; Kurosawa makes mad films and they have a samurai.

  Like a less gritty Die Hard 2. Like. Airport. Christmas. Heist-ish threat movie. Hearing Taron Egerton with an American accent was a little uncanny valley, but not the worst I’ve ever heard. Jason Bateman was pretty compelling as a villain. I don’t understand how the fridge did all that tho.
