  This isn't a movie about kids, it's a movie about young men raping young women and girls, which isn't wrong to depict but at least have the guts to call it what it is instead of framing this abuse as somehow mutual teenage delinquency. The girls in this film have almost no agency and no interiority, it should have been called Boys. And that music playing over the first rape scene shows the same casually cruelty as the boys show the girls in this film

  A movie where a woman attempting to get revenge for a rape is murdered and therefore neutralised as a threat to the existing social order but it's okay cos her killers get arrested.. complete reactionary propaganda. The whole reason she went outside the legal system was because it FAILED, what a pathetic cop…
