Absolutely a "dudes rock" movie. There's a lot of bullshit that happens in the first half that DOES get explained in the second half, but I do think the movie loses a lot of people before the payoffs happen.

I liked this movie so much more the second time around. There are some flawed plot beats, but so many good moments that work together within the framework of the overall movie. Kind of crazy to think this is the guy who did the Dark Knight Rises movie.
There’s two movies in this movie and they’re both insane. If you take this movie seriously it probably sucks, but also if you see it as a joke it sucks too. I think you need like a medium amount of goodwill to enjoy it
