  I hate movies that only lean on nostalgic crutches. Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers has a lot of nostalgia woven throughout it, but it’s built on a foundation of genuinely solid writing. There’s great character development, it’s funny (adult and kids humor), and the premise is great! The nostalgia and pop culture references are the tasty MSG used to enhance the experience 🍜🥡🥢
