  Something Blue 2021

  While it's not perfect, it shows how far Panamanian films have come. The script has some issues, and the comedy is not quite there yet, but the performances and overall personality of the film are miles away from previous Panamanian 'comedies'. The camera work is not standard and there is actually some intention and thought put into it, not to mention the beautiful depictions of the city.
  I think at the point in which Panamanian films are, we should be praising the progress instead of asking for perfection from an industry that is still taking baby steps.
