  You really shouldn't attend parties in giant mansions on top of giant hills. Nobody ever has learned this in all these decades! This gets a slight edge over my other favorite of this style, Murder By Death.

  This movie starts out with a bang. It tells you what it will be right from the start as we get a smug young guy who has given a famous group of killers in the Martial Arts world an invite to come try and kill him. The Four Killers each have unique weapons in this fight that are used well, and the fight is great. We see that our main man named Xinshuan has his own unique weapon, an umbrella…

  The Big Lebowski 1998

  A man mistaken for a man who happens to have the same name is the the premise for this movie. A classic for sure. All The Dude wants to do is go bowling but he gets tangled up in a kidnapping case where he ends up almost going nuts, and loads of people start coming after him while he tries to figure everything out and not die. Plus you have John Goodman going on and on about Nam and how everything is somehow connected to his time in the war. Fantastic, but the ending outside the bowling alley felt rushed, so not a perfect score.
