    Some day, I will have words. But I don't need them. What the movie told is all that is necessary. I have not felt a true artful use of cinema to tell a narrative of this magnitude in recent years, I have been dispersed into tears many times over by beauty and destruction.

    A film which truly argues a "return to tradition". Values that are seemed to be defined as: accept and appreciate life, and thus become an adult aka a functioning member of capitalist society, with heteronormative, patriarchal values, without questioning other ways of living.

    A surprisingly, presumably, critical look at how close SM play can follow the same pattern as the cycle of abuse does.

    With some stilted scenes and major questions as to the end of the film, I hesitantly give this a 3/5.

    The final message I took away is that with no one looking out for you, it is easy to find your soul utterly destroyed in illusions and falsifications. Most poignantly, I could pinpoint no moment where Takuya could see…
