  saw this in imax!! even more beautiful on a bigger screen and overall a more enjoyable watch the second time. i’ve come to understand the stubbornness more and i find it kinda satisfying almost that no one is truly correct/selfless in their beliefs, much more realistic in my eyes. my favorite ghibli movie out of the ones i’ve seen for sure

  a lot more enjoyable than i was expecting.  although there were definitely things i think they could’ve expanded on i appreciate how developed the story was compared to other slashers/movies in this genre. i was not super into the main guys acting and felt everyone was decent at best but the person who played iris was amazing and carried this for sure. also makeup was soo good kudos to the artist

  completely captures the awkwardness and moodiness of being a teenager. all of the acting was great, especially from the younger cast. my favorite part was the clip he recorded of his grandma in the beginning; it makes me miss my wuelas a lil extra today
