  watched for my queer studies class - it was interesting to watch and learn more ab stonewall and the village in the 60s but it definitely had too much white gay male content and not enough acknowledgement for the trans people of color who were at the forefront of the movement like sylvia rivera and marsha p johnson

  its just that i was so captivated and in awe and immersed and connected that i feel like rating it any less would be to discount my initial reaction and immediate appreciation of the movie
