  i feel like if you’ve ever been in it you know. painfully relatable and i didn’t get the sense that it was unaware of what it was portraying. if anyone knows what the true devout fan experience is it’s a young girl, so when i saw it was directed by a woman i sighed in relief. what i did fully buy into was carrie brownstein and that’s what makes it real for me lmao
