  Definitely made me chuckle multiple times throughout, so is it funny? Yes! But I don’t get the hype. There are so many themes that it could have delved into here, but it didn’t. It’s giving silly adventure gone wrong, not vulnerable sex worker used as a chess piece in a rich man’s world. I don’t know, maybe I’m missing something? 
  Last five minutes showed a vulnerability and that’s about it.

  Genuinely sobbed and walked out of the cinema feeling like i wanted to smile at every single woman on my way home, and felt (sadly) quite grossed out by men (sorry if your sensitive.) I thought this was AMAZING. Maybe it’s because I was a barbie lover growing up and this was speaking to a younger version of myself, with the unpacked confusion of absolutely loving barbie dolls but simultaneously feeling lesser about myself, more insecure in possession of them.…

  So, so happy I went to see this. There’s so much I can say but I think it needs to really sit and settle for a while. A very hard and uncomfortable watch but extremely important; there’s a lot to swallow. I can imagine this is confronting for a lot of people too; how much do you really understand about consent?
  I know this will be painfully relatable in one way or another to most women who watch this. And if it makes you realise something new about past experiences or reflect a little deeper on past experiences, then I am so sorry <3
