  first and foremost i’d have to contend that this isn’t “lesbian whiplash.” there’s a fundamental difference between a genuinely good person who lets themselves be consumed by music to a point of self destruction and someone who inherently and deeply believes that the music is more important than their relationships and their actions.
  A conversation happens every time someone brings up richard wagner, deservedly, and the question always comes up: at what point can you no longer separate the art…
