    A great example of how Lupita elevates every project she's in! Her character's terminal illness gave depth to a story that we've seen twice before: how does the end of the world feel to a person whose world ended years before? And she's matched by a great performance from Joseph Quinn, who I last saw being torn apart by inter-dimensional vultures (I think). It's so effecting to play being terrified as well as he does.     Sometimes on America's birthday the black phone rings and you MUST answer.

    This was just as much fun to watch for a second time and I relish that fundamentally important questions remain unanswered, such as:
    - Why does The Grabber grab?
    - Why is the sister like the psychic pig who found the mole women in Kimmy Schmidt?
    - Why is The Grabber the way he is but his brother is the way HE is?

    If Black Phone 2 dares to answer any of these, I'll be shaking my head.
