A story of the purity of childhood surrounded by the impurity of the world around them. The direction and cinematography is simple, but allows for you to feel exactly how it is out there for those kids. One of my favorite features in the past decade.
Coming of age stories are timeless and we get to see that with our main character as he finds his place within cowboy culture of the Lakota Sioux tribe.
