  I know it was a “metaphor” (strong word considering this is maybe the least subtle movie ever) for body dysmorphia but most of the time it just played into the very stereotypes it was supposed to be “against” (so many body shots of Margaret qualley with none of Demi Moore, portraying aging as literal body rotting/the worst thing that could ever happen to a person, etc.). Overall I liked the performances in it, the cinematography, and the body horror, but man this movie made me feel yucky in so many ways
