  probably not good that i feel like i relate to him on some fundamental level (the les mis poster ….. ) patrick bateman is literally just an eldest daughter. five stars bc i just so thoroughly enjoyed this it was hilarious but also scared the shit out of me. and also made me sad. strange how the film makes me feel some sort of empathy for patrick? very stylish, and christian bale’s performance is (as i expected) so incredible.

  continues to be feminism 101 but that’s not a bad thing, at least the message got out to a billion dollars worth of ppl ya know. just love staring at their clothes i am literally moved to tears they’re so beautiful i want. everyone is SO pretty 😩

  wait also edit: i never liked that part where helen mirren comes in and is like “don’t hire margot robbie to say she’s not pretty” like it ruins the moment / the point
