  Requiem for a Dream 2000

  This film was HARD to watch. I almost turned it off because it was affecting me physically while watching. My heart was racing, my skin was crawling, I felt anxious and wanted to crawl out of my skin during the last -40 minutes or so. All of those are a good thing! That was the intention of the film.

  I have never been addicted or even done drugs of any kind, but if the way I felt watching this film…

  The Perks of Being a Wallflower 2012

  This was the standard teenage coming of age type film. It was good but not really standoutish in any real way. The character who was gay was kind of fun not exactly the standard formula for that kind of character. Looking for something that is a decent watch this will do the job, not outstanding but you will not feel like you wasted your time.

  Was not sure what I was getting into on this one, but it set a real creep vibe right away which I guess was the point. I liked the slow build until it takes a real turn. I would have liked to see a bit more development on why each diner was at the experience. That seems like it waited be important. It was hinted at for each, but a lot of gaps I had to fill in.
