    Walking out the theater, it was shocking to see the rating curve on this.

    At the end of the day, the actual story of the woman in real life is more inspiring than the actual movie. As inspiring and strong as she was, that "charachter" does not translate to the movie screen very well.

    Ultimately I don’t think this movie really shined on any level. It was mid all the way around. 

    While an interesting context in which to tell this story, I don’t think this offered me anything new. First the character felt very 1 dimensional.     Interesting concept. 

    I’m not really sure what just unfolded in front of my eyes. At times it was funny, but I didn’t feel any sense of emotional investment at all. 

    Low key, the whole movie was stolen by the pregnant wife. She was hilarious and had great range, She overshadowed the main characters and the senator. Speaking of the senator, again, there was no sense of emotional gravity. He was just a caricature.

    Stunningly gorgeous with a very timeless message. 

    I found the metaphors between the people and hummingbirds and flowers and hummingbirds and people very applicable. 

    Terry is clearly a very compassionate and special person on this planet. Her story and work is honorable. 

    I just can’t get over how gorgeous and emotional this was. The whole theater was happy, sad, and all the emotions together. You could hear it. It was a very human experience.
