This was like watching Avril Lavigne do the Uber Eats ads; oddly satisfying purely for the anti authoritarian vibe. There's something about letting your freak flag fly and bringing your own twist to non-conformity that inspires freedom and fun. I also love the irony of this movie bringing the phrase 'when pigs fly' to life. though I think the highest our crimson pig got was when he said, 'I'd rather be a pig than a fascist.'. He let the water slide off his back in the face of everyone, and well, I lived for every second of it.

The immersion was fantastic!! I would also take the radio if I rode out! Overall, this Ghibli film is arguably the most relatable. How they went about the unexpected but painful growth increases the replay value tenfold, that tenderness and coziness just does something for me. This masterpiece, in my opinion, explores the theme of transformation at the expense of losing one's identity; Kiki's loss of Jiji served as a powerful metaphor for that.
