  needed a break from binge watching severance okay…

  had higher hopes for this. don’t get me wrong, it was wholesome and sad sometimes but lacked so much… i don’t know… story? felt off and all the meaning felt too in your face. like yes okay i got that at the start. i feel this is not aimed at my age range and i also am still battling an illness so my lack of ability to do anything has made me bitter. 

  some good songs in this though

  i love the constant nods to the future or past by the narrator while the three try to stay in the present. picked up on some other stuff on my second watch but i won’t get into it. just watch this!

  really really ill with the flu right now so it was only right to rewatch one of my favourites. i love mexico so much and it brings so much vibrancy almost as a character itself in this film. i love all the people they meet along the way. what a fun little gorgeous and weird film this is
