    Obviously the thing that jumps out about this movie is how good it looks. As a fan of architecture I was in love, and the moodily lit high contrast shots mimicking the idea of using black and white film but having these moments of bright orange fire was wonderful. One particular scene that stood out was Thomas on the cross roads with the snow lightly falling above him. Beautiful. Not to mention the use of shadows.

    I expected to be more emotionally destroyed than I was but I still cried a bunch of times but mostly for the heartwarming reasons. 

    I love a movie that jumps back and forth through time putting the puzzle together, watching them come together and prepare to leave simultaneously the way that memories are non-linear and just pop up when they are most relevant. 

    Really it’s a movie about what you prioritise if you know you have limited time left. Quality…
