Hundreds of Beavers 2022
An unexpectedly cerebral movie. You really have to pay attention or you will be confused a lot. But this may not fully work for something that boils down to basically slapstick and children's cartoon humor.

The acting on this was incredible, just like it should be done! Best was probably Emma Stone (I didn't like her acting/role in Poor Things, too much bratty bourgeois), followed by Plemons and Willem Dafoe, all of them amazing.
The music, especially the original one was superb, it really is stupendously well done, sort of of Eric Whitacre meets Krzyzstof Penderecki vibe.
