Loved this so much and the editing was spectacular. Beyond the sheer volume of them churning out, my biggest criticism of modern biopics that are about people who are still alive is that they don’t lie enough!!! I sat here gagged the whole movie and then the biggest gag of all was finding out the Salieri Mozart beef was just a rumor and there was no proof…and Salieri wasn’t even an adult virgin…like woah. And back to the editing…the incorporation of the music was so thoughtful and exciting!! exactly how all sound in a music biopic should be handled.

like no not all the plot points are neatly resolved and no the political themes are nowhere near as strong as his other works, but it was fun you guys!!! Gave me a good dose of childhood nostalgia for all the random goofy sci-fi stuff my dad made me watch. Let Toni Collette make sauce!! Robert Pattinson and Naomi Ackie fun and freaky and storyboarding sex positions!! Sassy Mother Creeper was fun!! No one’s fun anymore! What ever happened to fun?!
