I Saw the TV Glow 2024
It made me think of all those nights spent browsing mystery websites on the Wayback Machine, most of which are now solved or debunked. It also reminded me of how I enjoy the things I like today, where if I’m not competing with someone else, I’m competing with myself. For example, in drawing, the closer I get to representing what I want, the more gratitude I feel. Before, it was enough for me to press harder with the black scripto pencil on the page to make the comic look darker.
