Everything Everywhere All at Once 2022
Such a potent and concise and challenging invitation to look at our families of origin with gentle understanding for their/our generational trauma and the maladaptive behaviors flowing from generations of tool-less-ness. I laughed, heartily guffawed, again and again and that was interspersed with ugly crying as quietly as I could to not disturb the other people around me. Such a wonderful, hilarious, poignant cure for nihilism in an age that gives us so much reason to feel like smaller and smaller pieces of shit.
