  Absolutely miles ahead of its time in terms of filmmaking and special effects. Incredibly powerful and timeless story about the struggles of a working class versus a disillusioned and unaware upper class — and a mutual understanding that must be established between both. “The Mediator between Head and Hands must be the Heart!"

  Highly recommend as a study into the beginning of science fiction on film. The themes and structure of this film have apparent influences in the modern sci/fi genre and should be more discussed in how it relates to modern industries and society.
