  After watching the original twice now I finally got to see what the fuss was with this. Overall it’s a pretty solid sci-fi flick! It does fantastic with atmosphere and music, with that kind sorta sacrifices non-cheesy lines and story but I can’t complain too much since I love the original.

  Gotta say this era of Disney films has grown a lot on me. Clearly effect was put into the visuals, along with other Disney films from this time like the Pirates of the Caribbean films, Narnia and Prince of Persia. 

  Final thoughts. It’s no Dune level sci-fi but it’s still pretty awesome and enjoyable.

  Death of a Unicorn 2025

  Alright so this is one of those it is what it is so you have the choice to accept it and enjoy or not. 

  The first two acts were pretty cookie cutter, predictable in the plot and dialogue but good enough to keep me in. The third act could be described the same but more chaos and craziness. 

  So yeah this is just a movie you hear about and then make plans with your friends to go see on the weekend. It’s a good time. I enjoyed it. Also Paul Rudd.
