This movie rules.
The opening title card starts to tick up to Mickey 18 but experiences a false start, mirroring the story of Mickey 17s unexpected survival. The closing card ticks past the numbers completely to give us Mickey's full name, marking his evolution from viewing himself as 1 clone in a series to a single continuous being. Unfortunately, the opening card comes in far too late into the film, and that does lower its score. 7/10.
The scariest movie I've seen in years. Makes a strong case for the art of the jumpscare.
Also I had to tell a pack of teenagers to shut up right before the movie started and I was nervous about it and I think that added to my anxiety. Luckily the alpha teen knew his friends were being ridiculous and took my side. They were pretty well behaved after that.

This movie was hella cool. Looked awesome and had a lot of really exciting set pieces. The only problem is that there's really nothing new that we learn about Furiosa. How'd she get her cool robot arm? She built it. How'd she end up at the citadel? She got dropped off there. How'd she lose her arm in the first place? Car crash. Nothing we couldn't have guessed at.
