  This almost demands multiple watches. The tact with which this allegory is achieved is so rarely experienced in film. Every inch of the frame is dripping with Schoenbrun‘s aura and it is intoxicating. Drawing a line between the dangerous desensitization of media with the battle to be who you are meant to be in spite of a world telling you who you are is as harsh as it is accurate. …

  A genuinely impressive feat of storytelling. The characters are so fun and well developed, just feel like the second half of the movie really putters along compared to how charming the earlier sections are. Some of the most consistently good Disney songwriting. Almost every song is great.
