Okay, here's my actual review.
This very much felt like Edward Scissorhands's little sister, and I mean that in the best way possible. It's bloody, it's melodramatic, it's hokey, it's camp. But it seemed to have a bit of an identity crisis before the 'creature' came alive.
It wasn't quite teen romcom or coming-of-age, but moreso of a black comedy. Lisa does not really improve for the better per se, but it was really fun to watch her dark evolution.…
