Imagine if Sheldon Cooper were treated as a human being and not as the universe’s biggest joke on humanity. Also, imagine if he was neighbors with the single most beautiful person on the planet and she was into him. Before she made a career out of comedies, Rose Byrne could play wounded like nobody else.

The Pale Blue Eye 2022
Much like Cooper’s previous film, Antlers, this is a chef’s kiss in terms of aesthetics. Snowy, wintry doom and gloom that goes perfectly well with the presence of Poe. Speaking of which, Harry Melling is incredible and just walks away with this damn movie! The Oscars ain’t gonna pay any attention to this thing, but he wins Best Actor in my heart. Yeah, I think I might be a Scott Cooper guy.
