  There’s a lot to complain about for this movie, but honestly, there’s also a lot to love. Obi Wan’s investigating, political intrigue, Dooku, and Geonosis really carry the movie. I also think the witty, playful foundation between Obi Wan and Anakin really shines in small moments. 

  I had a good time rewatching this.

  A different flavor from Ghibli’s other movies, I can’t help but be charmed by this story. Something about the pirates and bounty hunters in planes over Italy just does it for me.
  Also, I love Gina and Fio. They’re underrated Ghibli women.
