BONG JOON-HO IS BACK!!!!
Im not a big sci-fi fan but this seems like an epitome of a Bong Joon-ho film—mixing sci-fi and questions of ethics & authority (or maybe class divide??). Reminded me of Kazuo Ishiguro. Robert Pattinson deserves every award!!! The guy is amazing!!! I just think the ending is too idealistic.
Also, why are there random British actors?? Thomas Turgoose spotted??? And i want a creeper plushie 🥹
Gothic horror at its finest. Still funny to me that a vampire needs to go through the normal legal processes of buying house and divorce just to be with the woman he once hooked up with. Even rode a ship.
Acting wise, i couldnt take Nicholas Hoult seriously since The Great 🤣 Lily-Rose Depp tho. Beautiful!!!
there were missing pieces that i know would’ve added gravity to the story. but i looooooved Andrew and Florence. but only second to Andrew x Amelia.
i love films that are so funny yet heavy & quiet and they talk about very complex human experiences. I WANT MOREEEEE. kieran and jesse were amazing 😭😭 but it was just painfully short!!!!
random observation: will sharpe changed his accent. now where do i find a will sharpe guided tour?
