Jo Jo Dancer, Your Life Is Calling 1986
richard pryor is from my hometown so his work feels really special to me, especially this one. i recently found out a scene from this movie was shot outside of my grandpa’s butcher shop at night and they paid him a hundred bucks to turn the lights on. i replay that little part over and over. i like that story.
