John Malkovich slays in this, it's oddly the perfect role for him. The acting (especially Malkovich and Ayo Edebiri, but the support is all great), the fake pop/dance singles Moretti captivates the world with, and the ending are what make this movie have an edge on the other movies that it borrows from.
