  A type of horror I'm not a fan of executed in a way that just gave me anxiety. I spent the whole movie thinking about how this is probably just a significantly worse version of Alien, and I should really watch Alien soon.
  The ending was executed in a way I deeply disliked.

  Early on one of the scientists says the newly-multi-celled organisms he's studying is "curious" when it extends towards his hand. That line alone frustrated me so much that I kept thinking about it the whole movie.

  What is it with gross and gritty movies that don't let the women be as gross as the men? Men get to have rotting teeth and have body hair and be balding but the women all look good and put together and hairless.
  It's cowardice is what it is.
