    What happened to subtlety?

    Whilst I didn't hate the film and even thought some things in it where fantastic, I found myself so immensely disappointed by how Bong Joon-Ho choose to visualize his themes here.     Soooo much better than I remember it being.

    It's incredibly funny, the characters have great chemistry, there is a really well done theme of accepting change that's not just them having to deal with the fact that they now have powers and are in the spotlight all the time and there is some really impressive effects work both for the time and now in this. Chris Evans and Michael Chiklis are genuinely fantastic in this.

    Though I havent seen Millenium Actress yet I am pretty confident in saying that this is Satoshi Kon's Masterpiece. Where do I even begin?

    Paprika had amazing visuals and an amazing soundtrack, the blurred line between reality and dream was very interesting and the movie felt dreamlike. But my problem with Paprika is that I find the characters extremely uninteresting.
