Thoughts: (spoilers for X only)
Not as scary or creepy as X but I may even like it more. You really feel for Pearl, until (or even as?) things get desperately unhinged. She is definitely not well.
Performance by Mia Goth is amazing, from the disturbing psychological breakdown over the course of the movie, to the confession monologue, all the way to the pasted-on smile while the credits begin to roll.
