  What Keeps You Alive 2018

  Long and unnecessarily drawn out. I was bored about halfway through but at this point, I was already invested so I took the L and finished the movie. Nothing truly original about this movie but enjoyed the ending a bit. Surprised it has an 80% on rotten tomatoes TBH. Not my type of horror movie. Pretty straightforward and doesn’t require much thinking. Would not rewatch.

  The dialogue in this film is naturalistic and believable. Writing is spectacular. I hate romance movies but thoroughly enjoyed the chemistry and tenderness of this film.

  A bit letdown with the ending of this movie and some parts were a little dry, but I really like the idea of this storyline. Wish it was a bit more exciting. Definitely a drama.

  I felt these were breakthrough roles for both Kristen Stewart and Katy O’Brian. Love seeing queer women play queer roles. exciting, engaging, and unexpected. Pleasantly surprised and would rewatch this several times over. A24 scores another win.
