I know I’m a few days late but it’s 24 years since the release of what is arguably one of the greatest albums ever. One More Time is one of the best openings to an album, “why don’t you play the game?”(Digital Love) followed by that sick solo had me levitating and to round the whole thing off we have Face to Face and Too Long at the end. Is there a better dance album, I can’t think of one off the top of my head.
Oh, the movie was pretty good too.
Tomas is such a narcissist here lmao, how do you expect them to welcome you with open arms after all that you’ve done.
Something that I forgot to mention in my first post was how Agathe’s character is one-dimensional, like there’s nothing more to her than the “I want to have kids someday” trope. Still it’s a very good drama on the rewatch.
I scratched the itch at the back of my throat with a shiv after watching this excuse for a short film.
