First time watching it for me was this year 2023. Having a hype beyond comprehension, I must have missed the mark. I think I'm just barely young enough to have missed the beauty of it. That being said, it was still a good movie and I'm glad I watched it but it was at times slow and confusing. Certainly worth a watch but not a 5 star in my books.

Totally Killer 2023
I'm a fan of a good slasher movie and this one definitely scratched that itch. It wasn't a super dark movie though in relation to the classics like Halloween. I did feel like the rules were broken because of the time travel experience which docked a star for me.
