  I saw this at Sidewalk Film Festival this year, and the person introducing it described the film as “Dr. Seuss meet Studio Ghibli.” I thought it was an odd description but now that I’ve seen it I understand. The way the film is illustrated does make you think back to the colorful, whimsy of Dr. Seuss. I adored the design of the fantastical Kingdom of the Winds.
