  I love this movie for 3 reasons:
  1) the Corleone family,
  2) the score, and
  3) Al Pacino (first time I ever saw him in a movie).

  This is the American epic to me.

  This was fucking sensational! A domestic drama spy thriller. Wasn’t sure how much I’d like it, but when that third act started I was so into it. I think I’ll enjoy it even more on the rewatch now that I have a better understanding of the pace of it. 

  Loved the cast and characters, especially Clarissa.

  Honestly might be one of my new favorite adaptations of an Agatha Christie novel. While the costuming was a letdown (Evil Under the Sun's is clearly superior), it really felt like it captured the spirit of the book, which is all I really can ask of a Christie adaptation.
