  Vomit-inducing misogynistic exploitative and pro-life garbage. Add to that the fact that it is boring and exceeds its runtime for no narrative purposes other than to abuse Marilyn over and over. 

  Looks good at times tho, which is obviously the gimmick to make people believe this film is artistic and justifies its existence (it isn’t and it doesn’t). 

  Big fuck you to Andrew Dominik.

  I'm just gonna have Sparkle on repeat for the rest of the day and cry. 

  I don't care if it's flawed, it is; but something about this movie captures a feeling I can't explain. I love it.
