This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Who would have guessed a movie about a squad of soldiers being teleported back in time to feudal Japan would be bad?
If it was 40 minutes shorter I probably would have enjoyed it here's why:- The main character and the befriended samurai has so much homoerotic energy it has to be deliberate.
- Whoever chose the music for this film is mentally not quite there.
- A character who opens a sliding door, his name appears, he giggles…

The Matrix Resurrections 2021
It's a bit too meta, yet does nothing but re-tells and pushes the same ideals from 22 years ago but significantly worse.
The pacing is worse, the action is so so much worse and in two and a half hours they don't expand on the world of humanity outside of the matrix at all.I'll give Lana credit in that she managed to narratively follow the chaos of revolutions without retconing anything which is surprising. But honestly, this movie is just bad.
