  Genuinely dogshit movie. Not only is it full of the same stupid horror tropes and cliches, it’s also so fucking racist. The innocent white girl and her boyfriend were the only good people, while the minorities were genuinely evil stereotypes. You have the scheming Asian, the magic black man, the super catholic Mexican woman, the rude and loud black woman, and most apparent of all, the evil disgusting poor Romani woman.   Me when I ask Jane if she likes watermelon and she says bananas so I turn into a skeleton with a smoking head and she turns into hella bananas. This is 88 minutes of completely unabashed creativity and I have nothing respect for it. Wayyy better than The Substance.
