All Quiet on the Western Front 2022
Such a masterclass in all aspects and just a shock-ridden haunting tragedy. The movie nails all elements of immersion from the dark tone to the ominous score that presides over the building action of the film. The performances are nothing short of perfection although so devastating. The film is so impressively shot and composed though the sheer brutality and horrific nature leaves a lasting image and impression of dread. I’ve seen better war movies, although this one certainly stands out…

Loved it, super well shot and scored. I loved all of the performances too and just how everything fell back in on itself. The movie’s honestly really fun and quite an adventure. Scorsese never misses
